About The Role

Reporting directly into PHD’s Head of Biddable, the Biddable Director is responsible for all Paid Search planning and activation across the CHANEL and Warner Bros Discovery search accounts. They will deliver best in class thinking and output for their clients and assist with new business responses for their channel. The Biddable Director will support the Biddable Business Director and Head of Biddable to set expectations across the team, defining brilliant BAU and work closely with media and technology providers to ensure best practices are adhered to and a continued strive towards excellence.

We’re looking for someone with proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Search, focusing on driving commercial results and ROI. The role requires operational excellence and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience nurturing, developing, and managing motivated and efficient teams, as well as managing knowledgeable and driven clients.
