About The Role
This involves leading your own projects and collaborating with the Business Operations and Data & Tech teams on shared initiatives. You will engage with the wider agency, acting as the 'connective tissue' across Client Collectives and Craft Hubs. A portion of your time will focus on implementing and maintaining a finance process, ensuring adoption and compliance, in collaboration with the Business Operations Director and Head of Digital Investment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of agency operations, be confident managing projects independently, and possess excellent attention to detail, efficiency, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities. A background in media planning/buying is preferred, as understanding team challenges and tools is key to devising effective solutions.
