About the Client
My client are a well-established and reputable contractor specialising in reinforced concrete frames, civil engineering, and groundworks. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the region, we’re now looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple live sites.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage RC frame and groundwork projects from start to finish
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and safe delivery
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Report regularly to senior management with progress updates and forecasts
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in RC frame and groundworks
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and sequencing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White Card), and First Aid certifications preferred
- Full UK driving licence
