Estimator - RC Frame & Groundworks Contractor

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for RC frame and groundwork projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for pricing.
- Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings.
- Assist in value engineering and risk assessment processes.
- Maintain and develop estimating systems, databases, and templates.
Requirements
- Proven experience estimating RC frame and groundworks projects (min. 3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequences, and costs.
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g. Conquest, Causeway, or similar).
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
