The Transport & Logistics Compliance Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the transport department, ensuring full compliance with legal, safety, and company standards. This position is based at the site in Egham and operates Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating vehicle and driver compliance activities, supporting operational planning, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers real opportunities to grow and progress in the company, with the chance to take on more responsibility as the department grows.
- Driver & Vehicle Compliance
- Review daily driver checks and action any identified defects
- Conduct driver and vehicle tachograph downloads
- Run weekly and monthly tachograph reports
- Run monthly DVSA compliance reports
- Carry out driving licence checks
- Conduct driver health and eyesight questionnaires
- Book vehicle maintenance and inspections
- Maintain and update vehicle files and compliance records
- Support FORS and Operator Licence compliance activities
- Complete supplier account applications
- Place orders and raise purchase orders
- Assist with vehicle route planning
- Arrange driver training and maintain training records
- Create toolbox talks, memos, and internal communications
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers
- Support the implementation of new policies and procedures
