Iām a woman in my 40s with a physical disability and live independently in my own home with my husband. I need to employ a part time and full time Complex Care Support Worker / Personal Healthcare Assistant to:
- Provide high-quality person centred care and support for an individual with complex healthcare needs in their own home and/or in the community.
- Support me with complex and unpredictable conditions such as chronic and acute pain, spasmodic limbs, physical and sensory disability, neurological impairment, memory loss, acquired brain injury, autism and mental health challenges.
- Carry out health tasks following relevant, appropriate training and competency assessment.
- Enable me to live an independent life in my own home whilst ensuring that my health and wellbeing needs are met.
Hours: One full time role for 37.5 hours split across 5 days. One part time role for 10 hours as required.
Job type: This is a permanent position subject to safer recruitment checks, competency assessments for all required healthcare tasks and successful probation and induction.
Benefits: 5.6 weeks paid annual leave, access to workplace pension with employer contribution at statutory rate, training provided, DBS check and Update Service paid by the employer.
