THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Business Partner to join our team reporting to the Head of FP&A. This role will be responsible for overseeing and collaborating with the operational client teams as well as other key senior stakeholders to achieve profitable happy clients and favourable KPI targets. The FP&A Business Partner will play a crucial collaborative role within the business, overseeing and supporting the wider Operations team to achieve financial success, utilising the company ERP systems OpenAir, NetSuite, Sales Force and Power BI. By working alongside the Operations teams, this role will lead initiatives to identify and model key business drivers to influence efficiencies and profitability, allowing leadership to make data-led growth decisions. This role will also support the function teams with project reporting, ensuring the business understands the project financials and key financial metrics (Gross margin, EBITDA margin, Revenue and cost per employee/hr, billings, Utilisation etc.). This position is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working from the London office once a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong collaborative partnering with a focus on excellent stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation
- Month End/Budget/Forecasting Planning & Management
- Developing financial models, performance metrics, and dashboards to track key business drivers and measure client’s financial health and performance
- Improving data quality, removing duplication of work and aligning processes
- Providing support to the Head of FP&A
- Providing business insights
- Other ad hoc tasks
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven experience of business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experienced in dealing with change, and a fast-growing business
- Experience in a ‘people driven’ services business, where utilisation and recruitment are key drivers of value
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions from imperfect datasets
- Strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking inquisitive nature
- Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure trust and transparency
