Here at Phase Eight, we’re looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join the team. You’ll be someone who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial thinking, and who’s comfortable supporting and guiding others to bring a brand vision to life.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the field team to deliver and support the VM strategy across the business.
- Curate eye‑catching collections with product teams that reinforce the brand identity.
- Create training tools and clear VM communications to support store teams.
- Deliver strong commercial and visually engaging store layouts.
- Develop innovative and consistent creative concepts across stores and concessions.
- Identify opportunities to improve VM communication documents and tools.
- Collaborate with product teams and use feedback to design floor plans and window/mannequin outfitting through the seasons.
- Create easy‑to‑follow, inspiring VM guidelines for store teams.
- Visit stores regularly to review product, build relationships with Retail and VM field teams, and support model store set‑ups.
Who you’ll be:
You’ll be a Visual Merchandising professional who’s passionate about visual presentation and window styling, and ready for the next step in your career. You’ll bring:
- Strong experience across visual merchandising, ideally in a similar role.
- Confidence using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Excellent commercial awareness, with strong planning and organisation skills.
- A good understanding of the retail industry, with a genuine interest in trends and fashion VM.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with field, retail and product teams.
- The confidence to shape and communicate VM guidelines, while also being hands‑on in stores.
