Phase Eight is seeking a Merchandiser on a permanent contract to cover all aspects of merchandising for the Phase Eight Brand. You will partner with the Buying team to trade the range, maximise profit and minimise markdown, with a strong focus on planning, forecasting, stock management, OTB and category performance reporting. You will coach and line manage an Assistant Merchandiser and an MAA, driving sales margins and mitigating stock risk by monitoring trading patterns to ensure the right.
