All our colleagues across Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles, and Inside Story play a vital role in our success story and that story is only getting more exciting! We’re looking for a Content and Social Media Executive to join the Phase Eight Creative team. This opportunity requires a creative thinker with strong writing skills to create engaging copy and social content for our brand. This role will see you play a crucial part in shaping Phase Eight’s brand presence across multiple channels, including social media, email and our website. This is a full-time, maternity contract.
What you’ll do:
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, SEO-optimised content, including but not limited to product descriptions, blog posts, social media captions, and email copy.
- Social Media Management: Manage and execute daily social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Project Management: Work closely with the Senior Brand Creative and Communications Manager on creative projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Content Strategy: Monitor competitor activity, partnerships, and activations to identify opportunities to enhance content performance and ensure Phase Eight produces relevant and commercially viable content.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other departments within the Phase Eight brand including design, marketing and e-commerce to ensure seamless content delivery.
Who you’ll be:
The ideal candidate for this role will be proficient in social media management and have a strong knowledge of current fashion trends. Highly organised and able to work under tight deadlines, the Content and Social Media Executive will demonstrate excellent writing, editing and time management skills. Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is preferred although this is not mandatory.
