Phase Eight are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead, shape and deliver a marketing strategy that strengthens the brand, attracts new customers and champions commercial growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and deliver a customer‑led, insight‑driven marketing strategy that supports brand evolution and commercial goals.
  • Spearhead the rollout of new brand positioning and identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and optimise channel mix across paid, owned and earned media.
  • Develop annual and seasonal multi‑channel brand plans aligned with product launches and trading priorities.
  • Report campaign and brand performance to executive leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with retail, digital, concessions and international teams to deliver a consistent brand experience.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce elevated campaign assets and always‑on content.
  • Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing brand marketing team.
  • Ensure social, content and cultural insights shape marketing activity and maintain brand relevance.
  • Champion the customer perspective and ensure decisions are grounded in insight and cultural awareness.

Who You'll Be:

You’ll be an experienced brand marketing leader with a strong background in premium or contemporary fashion or lifestyle brands. You bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative instinct and commercial awareness, with a proven track record of delivering marketing strategies that drive both brand impact and business results.

You understand how fashion marketing continues to evolve, balancing traditional channels with content‑led storytelling, social engagement and meaningful partnerships. You’re confident using insight and data to guide decisions while maintaining a strong creative point of view. You’re also an inspiring and collaborative leader who enjoys working cross‑functionally and building strong relationships across creative, retail, e‑commerce and product teams.
