As the Buying Admin Assistant, you will be right at the heart of how our Phase Eight collections come to life. You will be a vital assistance to the Assistant Buyer and Buyer on the department, directly contributing to the development and delivery of our range that sets our brand apart.
What You’ll DoAs the Buying Admin Assistant, you will be the go-to person for the critical path, tracking timelines and ensuring every stage of the product lifecycle runs smoothly and efficiently. You will take ownership of sample management, from organisation and tracking to preparing samples for meetings, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time. You will actively contribute to analysing competitor activity and the latest seasonal trends, helping us stay ahead of the curve and inform our future Phase Eight collections. You will play a key role in coordinating and preparing for range sign-off meetings, managing our systems and processes that keep our department moving forward seamlessly. Immersing yourself in the Phase Eight brand, you will gain deep knowledge of our business and actively contribute to the creation of a profitable range.
Who You’ll BeYou will be highly organised, with a strong eye for detail and for keeping things on track. Most importantly, you are eager to learn and soak up knowledge from our experienced Buying team from day one. While any previous exposure to a buying environment (through work, placements, or internships) would be a bonus, it is not essential. We are looking for someone who brings:
- A commercial mindset and a desire to contribute to the success of the Phase Eight brand
- Resourceful communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers
