You’ll be part of a growing team in a fast-paced and ever-changing marketplace, where you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your passion for sales and business development. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing team to generate new business opportunities and nurture prospective client relationships.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in lead generation and qualification who is confident at the early stages of the sales cycle: opening conversations, identifying customer needs, and creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team. The ideal candidate will be driven, commercially minded, and thrive in a target-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Work directly with Sales Executives on territory map, structure and account tiering
  • Generate new leads through a combination of inbound and outbound sales activity, including cold and warm calling, email outreach, social selling, and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Create strategic prospect lists within defined target territories and accounts
  • Support an account-based marketing (ABM) approach for priority accounts
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify business needs and generate new sales opportunities
  • Create personalised outreach campaigns tailored to target prospects
  • Work closely with Marketing to improve MQL-to-meeting conversion rates
  • Prepare for client meetings and ensure clear follow-up actions for both internal teams and prospective clients
  • Identify customer needs and uncover opportunities beyond the initial enquiry or conversation
  • Regularly update CRM and internal sales systems to ensure accurate and well-maintained prospect data
  • Communicate effectively with Sales and Marketing colleagues to ensure alignment, continuity, and opportunity progression
  • Represent Phase 3 professionally at client meetings and partner events
  • Continuously develop knowledge of market trends, including AI readiness and evolving customer challenges
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales, lead generation, or business development role
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales or activity targets
  • Strong experience in lead generation and qualification
  • Confidence in outbound sales activity, including cold calling and prospect outreach
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and engaging approach
  • Strong organisational skills, including prioritisation, scheduling, and time management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a wider team
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll, or finance systems
  • Experience using BANT or other recognised sales qualification methodologies
  • Experience working alongside Marketing teams on lead generation campaigns
  • Interest in technology, digital transformation, and AI-related market trends
