It’s an exciting opportunity to lead from the front and shape how we grow.

As Lead HiBob Consultant, you will be a senior technical and delivery authority on HiBob across our client base, owning end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of HiBob’s cloud-based people platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that improve HR processes, reporting, and the overall employee experience. You will also lead and develop the people around you. You will mentor and support our team of HiBob consultants, set delivery standards and best practice, act as the senior point of escalation on client engagements, and help the team grow as the practice expands.

This role blends hands-on, multi-module HiBob expertise with consultancy skills, strong HR process knowledge, and team leadership. We are seeking an experienced HiBob professional with proven, multi-module experience across the platform – for example Core HR, Time Off & Absence, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, Compensation & Benchmarking, Surveys & Engagement, Workforce Planning, and Payroll. You will be confident leading clients through their entire HiBob journey and equally comfortable coaching and developing a team to do the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on their implementation approach, system configuration, and adoption strategy.
  • Ensure projects are structured effectively with clear governance, delivery processes, and resourcing.
  • Oversee data migration, transformation, and loading into HiBob, and resolve complex configuration and integration issues.

  • Design and build custom HiBob reports and dashboards that give clients actionable people insights.
  • Lead go-live readiness, guide clients through user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver or oversee user training and early-life support to drive adoption.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the HiBob practice – shaping our methodology, tooling, and service offering.
  • Travel to client sites when necessary.
  • Responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve in line with business needs and the development of the role and team.
