Our Intacct Consultants specialise in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of

Sage Intacct , a leading cloud-based financial management system.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored system solutions that improve financial reporting, processes, and decision‑making.

You will support organisations through their Sage Intacct journey, from scoping and implementation through to optimisation and user adoption.

This includes configuring the system, providing expert advice, supporting data migration, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training to ensure clients get maximum value from their solution.

This role combines technical finance systems knowledge with consultancy skills and a strong understanding of finance processes .

We are seeking an experienced finance professional or consultant with a background in finance systems, implementation, or system support. Candidates with experience using

Sage Intacct or similar financial systems are particularly encouraged to apply.

We also welcome applicants from finance or accountancy backgrounds who have strong exposure to financial systems and are interested in moving into a consulting role.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training on Sage Intacct , including certification through

Sage University .

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sage Intacct across all stages of the project lifecycle, from scoping to implementation and support
  • Support the Sales team during client scoping calls to understand requirements and help shape solutions
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on their implementation approach and system configuration
  • Ensure projects are structured effectively with clear governance and delivery processes
  • Configure and implement Sage Intacct solutions to meet client needs
  • Support clients with data migration, transformation, and loading into the new system
  • Assist clients through user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training where required
  • Travel to client sites when necessary
  • Responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve in line with business needs and the development of the role
  • Experience with

Sage Intacct or similar financial management software , or a finance/accountancy background with exposure to financial systems

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Investigative approach to troubleshooting system or functionality issues
  • Willingness to learn new systems and continuously develop your skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients
