Contribute to Pharos IQs' success by leading, developing and motivating a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

The Brand Manager is responsible for driving team performance, revenue growth and campaign success through effective coaching, performance management and collaboration with internal stakeholders, while fostering a high-performance culture that balances accountability, engagement and employee wellbeing.

General Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Brand Manager is responsible for managing an internal team of approximately 20 SDRs (team size may increase in line with business needs).

The role focuses on delivering exceptional client outcomes by driving individual and team performance, coaching and developing SDRs, monitoring quality standards and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and revenue.

The Brand Manager works closely with Client Services, senior management and clients to ensure campaign objectives are achieved and continuously seeks innovative ways to improve team performance while maintaining quality and employee wellbeing.

  • Specific Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed individual, team and company performance targets.
  • Create a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and employee wellbeing.
  • Take ownership of individual revenue performance by consistently achieving or exceeding the approved weekly SDR target, set by management.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, Performance Development Plan (PDP) discussions and performance reviews.
  • Analyse team performance data to identify trends, coaching opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve conversion rates, lead quality, productivity and campaign performance.
  • Conduct regular call monitoring and quality assurance reviews, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues in partnership with Client Services and recommend improvements.
  • Join client meetings where required to discuss campaign performance, strategy and recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including approved revenue, activity levels, lead quality, decision makers reached, rejection rates, replacements, attendance and productivity.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage, reporting and data quality across the team.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for direct reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and managing performance issues appropriately.
  • Identify training needs and deliver ongoing coaching and development tailored to individual requirements.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of new SDRs and contribute to continuous improvements in the new hire training programme.
  • Lead by example through professionalism, collaboration and a hands-on approach.
  • Attend the Belfast office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility to attend additional meetings as required.

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related discipline.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Siebel.
