We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join a high-performing technology team within a global investment management environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong buy-side financial services experience who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance software and data solutions. You will work closely with Business Analysis, Data, and Infrastructure teams to design, develop, and enhance critical business applications and enterprise data platforms supporting investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable software and data solutions across the business.
  • Contribute to the strategic technology roadmap, ensuring systems are efficient, secure, and future-ready.
  • Lead and manage software development lifecycles using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Prioritise development activities, manage sprint planning, and oversee releases and deployments.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Data, and Business teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Support enterprise data initiatives including Data Warehouse/Lakehouse and Security Master solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide application support where required.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI and developments within financial technology ecosystems.
