Contract C# Developer | Investment Management

📍 London / Hybrid | 💷 £750/day | 🗓 12-Month Rolling | ✅ Outside IR35

Our client, a leading investment management firm, are looking for a senior C# Developer to join their tech team on a long-term outside IR35 contract.

You’ll be building and enhancing complex systems that support front-to-back office operations, working in a modern, event-driven architecture. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your code genuinely matters.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing high-performance C#/.NET Core applications
• Working on distributed systems and microservices
• Collaborating across tech and business teams
• Supporting cloud-based and DevOps-first deployments

Tech you\’ll be using:

• C# / .NET Core
• Kafka / RabbitMQ (or similar messaging frameworks)
• SQL Server
• Azure or AWS
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, TeamCity)
• Docker/Kubernetes (nice to have)

What we’re looking for:

• Proven C# expertise in a financial services or trading environment
• Strong understanding of multi-threading & async programming
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
