Pharos Generator Services, part of the RSK Group, is recruiting a Generator Engineer to join the South East, North London team. This is a full‑time, permanent position with a focus on maintenance, installation, diagnosis, repair and testing of diesel generator sets, switchgear, control systems and associated equipment.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Diagnosing, testing and remedial work on generators and associated equipment
- Providing call‑out cover for generator breakdowns on a rota system
- Carrying out client site visits
- Projecting spares requirements for upcoming and planned works
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in Generator Engineering of at least 5 years
- Mechanical diagnostic experience
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
- Skilled in technical report writing with acute attention to detail
