Job Description
We are seeking a talented HR professional to join our team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality generalist HR support across the business. This is a broad and hands-on role, with exposure to a range of HR functions. This position can be based in either London or New York.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing recruitment efforts for non-investment teams, partnering closely with hiring managers.
- Proficiently utilise and navigate the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to support the hiring processes.
- Provide support on benefits administration, including responding to employee queries on coverage and enrolment.
- Assist in the management of visa and immigration processes, coordinating with external providers where necessary.
- Support the planning and execution of mid-year and end-of-year performance review processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes.
- Coordinate and execute ad-hoc HR projects in collaboration with the broader HR team.
Required Qualities And Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to effectively execute on competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude with an ability to maintain discretion.
- High level of work ethic.
