We're on a mission to change the way community healthcare operates. We are the compliant data layer for community healthcare, enabling pharmacies to use patient data to grow revenue and relationships while adhering to compliance standards.
The role involves working directly with the CEO and founding team, making decisions on what gets built, and owning the product as it grows. Our technology stack includes JS/TypeScript end to end: React on the frontend, Node on the backend, everything on Azure, and we implement infrastructure as code throughout the process. We build quickly and utilise AI tools to enhance our workflow.
The problems you'll own include:
- Features end to end: From refining the problem with the team and customers through architecture, implementation, rollout, and beyond.
- Speed as a discipline: Shipping multiple times a day, learning, and iterating quickly.
- Software that is safe in a clinical context: Ensuring reliability and safety in patient communications and clinical workflows under NHS assurance.
- The platform underneath the roadmap: Designing boundaries and systems for deeper NHS integration and future products.
- Knowing our users: Engaging with pharmacies to build tools that enhance their workflow.
