We're on a mission. Every business grows through a CRM and a direct line to its customers. Healthcare, and pharmacy most of all, is the one place that never happened. It was too hard to build, too hard to distribute, and too hard to do compliantly. Customer data sits idle whilst running a community healthcare business continues to become structurally tighter. We're on a mission to change that. We are the compliant data layer for community healthcare: the system that lets a pharmacy use the patient data it already holds to grow revenue and relationships, compliantly, on the clinical system it already runs. This is already working. Pharmlogic is NHS-assured, integrated and lives in hundreds of pharmacies nationwide, and we've powered millions of patient communications.

The role involves running marketing across the board: brand and social, the website, copy across everything we put out, how we explain the product, and the campaigns that keep our pharmacy customers engaged. You own the channels and you set the standard for how Pharmlogic sounds and looks. You report to the CEO and work closely with the founding team. This is a hands-on role for a generalist who can write, ship, and run several channels at once without waiting to be told. You are early, and the function is yours to shape.

The problems you'll own:

  • Carrying the message: Take our vision, the why behind Pharmlogic, and make it land with the people we exist for. You translate what we believe into words that busy healthcare teams trust and can act on.
  • Communicating in a regulated space: Everything we put out can be read by healthcare professionals, other stakeholders and by patients. You write with the clarity, accuracy and care that demands, where compliant and compelling are the same standard, not a trade-off.
  • Our voice, everywhere: Own how Pharmlogic sounds across social, the website, campaigns and the product itself. One voice, centred on the vision, consistent wherever someone meets us.
  • From product to message: Turn what we build into messaging tailored to all stakeholders in a busy healthcare team that can be immediately understood. You make the complex simple without sacrificing value.
  • The customer journey: Own the communications that take a pharmacy from signed to thriving, engaged, getting full value, and staying, so the story we tell is the experience they have.
  • Knowing what works: Measure what you put out, double down on what performs, and feed what you learn back into how we market, sell and build.
  • Pharmlogic in the room: Be with the team at sector events, from the stand and the materials to the follow-up, so the people we meet in person get the same clear story as everyone else, and conversations turn into pipeline.

This could be for you if:

  • You're an excellent communicator, above all. Writing is the craft at the centre of this job. You make complex things simple without making them shallow, you have taste, and it shows in everything you put out.
  • You've done lifecycle and product marketing in high-pace SaaS. You know how to take what a product does and turn it into a message people act on, and how to run the journey from signed customer to engaged advocate. That experience is what lets you move fast here from day one.
  • You thrive on the team's success. You get more from a customer win or a teammate's great launch than from your own byline. Small team, shared scoreboard.
  • You share the vision. You believe every healthcare business should be able to understand its customers and improve care for them while staying viable. If that sentence resonates rather than reads as marketing, this will feel like your work, not just a job.
  • You ship at startup pace. You put things out, learn, and go again, rather than polishing one thing for a month, and you do it without waiting for a brief.
  • Tooling fluency helps. Comfort with a CMS, email platforms, CRMs and basic design is a real advantage.

What you'll get:

  • Joining a fast-growing company and a small, sharp team focused on making community healthcare thrive.
  • Competitive salary + up to £5,000 in share options.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Flexible, hybrid working.
  • 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and up to 4 weeks a year working from anywhere.
