We make healthcare smarter, faster, and more impactful, combining cutting-edge technology with unbeatable customer care. Our mission? To revolutionise the pharmacy experience and make safe, affordable healthcare accessible to all. No corporate red tape, no endless meetings. Everything we build is designed to genuinely improve patient outcomes and customer experience.
The Role
We need a Data Analyst who can work independently and make a measurable impact. Someone who doesn’t just pull numbers but actually understands what drives a B2C e-commerce business and can find the insights that move the needle. You’ll have opinions about how data should flow, and you’ll be able to back them up. When you recommend a course of action to stakeholders, you’ll have the evidence and confidence to support it.
What You’ll Work With
- SQL Server
- Python for analysis, automation, and modelling
- BI/visualisation tools (we’re open to what you prefer)
- Google Analytics, marketing platforms, and e-commerce data
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SQL skills, you can write complex queries without hand-holding
- Python proficiency for data manipulation and analysis
- At least 2 years of experience in a B2C business, with a genuine understanding of how consumer analytics differs from B2B (cohort analysis, customer lifetime value, acquisition costs, churn, these should mean something to you)
- The ability to work independently and own your projects end-to-end
What Actually Matters to Us
Curiosity. We want someone who gets lost in rabbit holes trying to figure out why one email subject line converts better than another, or whether we’re spending too much on a particular ad set, or what happens to customers after their first purchase. If you find yourself thinking about how to squeeze more value out of every pound spent, you’ll fit right in. We’re also genuinely interested in how you want to work. Our data infrastructure is evolving, and you’ll have input into how it develops.
Central London (WC1X) office with spectacular views of the city and within walking distance from various underground and train stations such as Russell Square, Chancery Lane, King’s Cross and Farringdon. Fun and friendly office environment (table football, fruit bowls, cakes and snacks, drinks fridge, etc.)
