The Opportunity

This is a standalone HR role where you’ll take full ownership of people & culture, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. You’ll combine hands-on HR delivery with shaping culture and engagement, making a genuine impact across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle (recruitment → onboarding → development → exit)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and managers
  • Manage employee relations and provide confident employment law guidance
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are compliant and effective
  • Drive engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Improve HR systems, processes, and overall employee experience

  • Proven experience in a standalone HR / People role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership
