We are seeking a part‑time dedicated NMC registered nurse in the Dartford, Medway and surrounding areas to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications. This role requires a compassionate individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to putting the patient first.

Your role as a home‑care nurse is developing as more patients are treated outside a traditional hospital setting. We work in a variety of environments such as clinics, residential accommodation and patients' own homes. Our nurses help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to visit the hospital easily. We help support patients to become more independent in managing their treatment and to make the whole journey more convenient.
You will need to be kind, compassionate and caring with a desire to provide an excellent patient experience and safe, effective care.
Duties:
- Perform patient observations and ensure that any patient is fit to proceed with their treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
- Provide compassionate support to the patient and family.
- Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and independence.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety is paramount.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration.
- Experience of administering S/C, IM or IV medications.
- SACT experience.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Willingness to work autonomously.
- Attention to detail.
Rewards and Benefits:
- Salary £35,000 to £38,000 pro rata (depending on experience).
- Part‑time: 30 hours per week.
- Company car or car allowance.
- 33 days holiday pro rata.
