Your Role

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery and readiness of a brand‑new aseptic compounding facility, shaping how it operates from day one. As Operations Lead you will take full ownership of building the production operating model, leading key decisions that define how the facility runs, performs and grows. Joining at a critical stage of expansion, you will work at the intersection of project delivery and live operations, ensuring the facility is fully ready to manufacture safely, compliantly, and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, build high‑performing teams, and establish robust, sustainable processes within a growing organisation committed to its people and to delivering high‑quality products for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end development of the new aseptic compounding facility;

Qualifications

Significant experience in pharmaceutical production, aseptic manufacturing or compounding operations within a GMP‑regulated environment.
