Your role
We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager in the South West area to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a patient‑focused organisation delivering high‑quality services across the UK healthcare sector. As Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional sales performance, developing strategic customer relationships, and contributing to the ongoing commercial success of the business within NHS and pharmaceutical markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales and profit targets as defined by the Hospital Team Manager
- Contribute to the development and execution of commercial strategy, pricing, and profitability plans within your territory
- Promote Bath ASU and Pharmaxo as innovative and customer‑focused partners across UK Pharmacy and Hospital sectors
- Develop and maintain strong long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across the NHS and pharmaceutical industry at local and regional levels
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support sustainable growth
- Deliver agreed commercial objectives in line with company strategy and goals
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational delivery

- Competitive salary
- Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
- Pension - you will be auto‑enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
