The Clinic and Service Implementation Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new nurse‑led services, including both clinic‑based treatments and complex therapies delivered in patients' homes. This role owns the transition from initial commercial interest to operational delivery, ensuring that all customer requirements are fully defined, planned, and executed safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory and clinical governance standards. The role holder will act as the central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring new services are mobilised effectively and then embedded into high‑quality, sustainable business‑as‑usual operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of new nurse‑led services.
  • Ensure customer requirements are fully defined, planned, and executed safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to mobilise and embed new services into sustainable operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with the NHS.
  • Delivery of projects end-to-end.
  • Team leadership experience.

  • Annual salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
  • Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
  • Pension – auto‑enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (employer contribution 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
