This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrator to step into a Team Leader role, overseeing the delivery of high-quality administrative services within a busy healthcare environment. You will lead and support a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, accuracy and exceptional service for patients, consultants and stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative experience, proven team leadership or supervisory capability, and excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing performance, analysing data and improving processes, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Experience in healthcare is advantageous, alongside a commitment to continuous improvement, high standards, and delivering a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, manage and support the administrative team, including performance management, rota-planning and training and development.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and delivery against KPIs and service standards.
- Monitor performance data, produce reports and drive continuous improvement in processes in service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with policies, data protection, and quality standards, while maintaining excellent relationships with patients, consultants and stakeholders.
