Senior Scientist, Process Chemistry

Requirements:
- A minimum of a PhD or post-doc in Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
- Minimum of 2 years prior academic or industrial laboratory experience, including experience and knowledge of a wide range of synthetic chemistry reactions and techniques.
- Ability to effectively contribute to multi-disciplinary scientific teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Contributing to the chemistry project by performing experiments and interpreting the results.
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of experiments in laboratory notebooks in accordance with company policy.
- Working as part of the project team and collaborating with cross-functional projects groups to ensure delivery timelines and API quality.
- Demonstrating expertise in core laboratory skills required to support development and scale up of chemical processes.
- Complying with all safety and GMP guidelines.
