- Allocation Package: Incluye: Vuelo pagado desde España. Cuatro semanas de alojamiento pagado.
- Período de Formación: Suele durar de cuatro a doce semanas en función de las aptitudes y conocimientos previos. Es un proceso de tutoría, con un farmacéutico inglés actuando como mentor hasta que el farmacéutico español se familiarice con el modelo farmacéutico inglés, las reglas de dispensación, el sistema de ordenador y los distintos servicios farmacéuticos ofrecidos en la oficina de farmacia. En algunos casos puede haber un examen al concluir este proceso. El salario durante este período es de entorno a los 22,000 €.
- Una vez superado el período de formación se ofrece el puesto de Pharmacist Relief Manager, las condiciones son las siguientes: Salario anual entorno a € 40,000. Cinco semanas de vacaciones pagadas. 40 horas semanales, generalmente de 9 a 18. Seguro médico privado. Plan de pensiones pagado por la empresa. Contrato renovable por un año. Tened en cuenta que las condiciones pueden variar en función de la empresa contratante.
Requisitos para todos los puestos de farmacéutico:
- Nivel alto de Inglés. Se valorará estar en posesión de títulos con el IELTS, First Certificate, CAE, etc.
- Título de Licenciado en Farmacia otorgado por una Universidad de la Unión Europea.
- Nacionalidad española o de alguno de los países de la Unión Europea.
- Se valorará experiencia previa en oficina de farmacia, cursos de atención farmacéutica o disciplinas sanitarias, cursos de atención al cliente y experiencia previa en dirección de equipos.
