We’re Hiring: Pharmacovigilance Expert Marketer & Instructor 📍 Remote | Contract | Immediate Start

At PharmaLink Academy, we don’t simulate theory — we simulate industry. Our Tier 1 & Tier 2 Pharmacovigilance programmes are CPD-aligned and built to mirror real-world global safety operations, including structured case processing, aggregate reporting, signal validation, and mock inspection scenarios using our proprietary safety database, PharmaLink VIGIBASE.

We are expanding and seeking a highly experienced Pharmacovigilance professional to join us as an Expert Marker & Instructor. This is not a passive marketing role. We require a regulatory‑anchored expert who can:

  • Deliver technically precise, developmentally rich feedback
  • Identify conceptual errors clearly
  • Explain regulatory reasoning
  • Reference applicable global standards (ICH, GVP, etc.)
  • Enable reflective, professional improvement

Generalised comments are not acceptable.

Core Areas of Review

  • ICSR case processing
  • Seriousness & expectedness assessment
  • MedDRA coding (LLT/PT selection)
  • Narrative writing
  • Follow‑up rationale & quality documentation
  • Signal detection exercises
  • DSUR & PBRER components
  • Risk Management Plan inputs
  • CAPA & mock inspection responses

You will also:

  • Respond to student technical queries within agreed timelines
  • Support structured Q&A sessions
  • Maintain marking consistency across Tier 1 & Tier 2
  • Work within structured safety systems (Argus Safety, ARISg or equivalent)

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 6–8 years in Pharmacovigilance
  • Strong hands‑on ICSR processing
  • Experience in serious case assessment & regulatory reporting
  • Demonstrable narrative writing expertise
  • Exposure to signal detection & validation
  • Contribution to DSUR and/or PBRER
  • Working knowledge of ICH E2A, E2B(R3), EU GVP Modules
  • Familiarity with MHRA / EMA / FDA frameworks
  • Understanding of light audit / inspection readiness processes

Engagement Terms

  • Remote contract
  • Immediate start preferred
  • SLA‑defined marking turnaround
  • Periodic review of feedback quality & consistency

We are building a programme that does not just train students – it shapes competent, inspection‑ready Pharmacovigilance professionals. If you are technically strong, regulatory‑grounded, detail‑oriented, and passionate about raising standards in global safety practice, we would love to hear from you.
