Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Norton College. You will deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to students, including those with developmental trauma, neurodivergence or SEMH needs, in collaboration with the education team.
You will work under the OFG Ways of Working, manage a caseload with supervision, and contribute to staff training as required.
