Branas Isaf Children's Services, part of the CareTech Group, is seeking an experienced senior support worker (residential team leader). You will lead a dedicated team, support young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs in a therapeutic, structured and nurturing environment.
This role requires 12 months in children's residential care, leadership experience and a full UK driving licence. A compressed shift pattern, induction, training and progression opportunities are included.
