NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable charities in the country, which is looking for an experienced Registered Fostering Manager to join its fostering service in the North West.
The service has a Good Ofsted rating and a very experienced, well-established team.
The role offers hybrid working, with only 1 day per week in the Liverpool office and the remaining days working from home, allowing you to enjoy a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Registered Fostering Manager, you will oversee a well-established team of approximately 15 staff, including Supervising Social Workers, Project Workers and administrative staff.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the fostering service, supporting the team and ensuring high standards of care and compliance with fostering regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Fostering Manager
- Strong background in fostering services
- Full driving licence
