Pharmacyupdate is seeking a Deputy Manager for a children's residential home in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. The successful candidate will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead day-to-day operations and to ensure safe, high-quality care for children and young people.
You will oversee staff, safeguarding, care planning, and service delivery, while maintaining regulatory compliance and a supportive, therapeutic environment. Experience in children’s services and leadership is preferred.
