We have Full Time Roles across
- Kettering Centre (Rockingham Road), Burton Latimer, Thrapston and Desborough
- FULL TIME DAYS 37.5hrs a week
- Shifts are working both Earlies and Lates, 5 x 7.5hr shifts a week, both 7.00am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm (Includes alternative weekends).
DETAILS INCLUDE
- Overtime available across a number of services.
- Fixed Shift pattern, so you can always be able to plan your work/life balance.
- Permanent Contract, guaranteed hours.
- Working in a modern facility for an excellent company.
- You will be tasked with assisting with the resident s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Essential).
- Must have a FULL UK Driving Licence
- Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.
