The Role
As an Agency Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their day-to-day care and wellbeing, while promoting dignity, independence and choice.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents

Supporting residents with personal care, washing, dressing and continence needs

Assisting with mobility and repositioning where required

Supporting residents with meals and hydration
-
Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff

Building positive relationships with residents and their families

Maintaining accurate care records
-
Working as part of a wider nursing and care team

Following all relevant care plans, policies and procedures
Requirements
-
Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant or Support Worker

Experience within a care home, nursing home or similar healthcare setting is desirable

A caring, compassionate and respectful approach
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Reliable and flexible approach to agency work

Right to work in the UK
