Care Assistant (Agency Shifts)-Ballymena
MPA Recruitment is looking for experienced Care Assistants to work agency shifts in Ballymena care homes. Long days, half days, twilight shifts and nights are available. What you'll need
- At least 6 months' paid experience in a care setting within the last 5 years
- NISCC registration and the right to work in the UK
- A caring, reliable approach and good communication skills
An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
What you'll do
You’ll support residents with personal care, meals and mobility, help them stay independent, and offer companionship. You’ll work with the care team to record observations, update care records and follow safeguarding and infection control procedures. You may also help with clinical tasks you've been trained to carry out.
