Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE, plus up to a 10% annual bonus and our extensive benefits.
Contract type: Permanent. Employment type: Full time. Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!
As Senior Category Manager, you will own the strategic condition and category management of the Lloyds and Pharmacy2U Online Doctor propositions. You will drive sustainable category growth by developing and executing data‑led strategies that optimise range, pricing, promotions and commercial performance. The role is responsible for enhancing customer experience and clinical access while maximising profitability, balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.
You will work cross‑functionally with Medical, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Operations and external partners to deliver cohesive, customer‑centric propositions that strengthen market leadership and long‑term value. You will use insight, performance analytics and market trends to identify growth opportunities, optimise portfolio performance, and continuously evolve the propositions in line with customer expectations and business strategy.
What you’ll be doing?
- Own and deliver end‑to‑end category strategy for the Online Doctor propositions, partnering with the Head of Commercial to drive growth, profitability and market‑leading positioning.
- Lead pricing, margin and promotional strategies to optimise commercial performance while remaining competitive and customer‑focused.
- Use sales performance, customer behaviour and market insight to inform data‑driven decisions, identify trends and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Clinical teams to optimise treatment mix, support innovation and ensure propositions reflect evolving customer and market needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion and engagement.
- Partner with Web Merchandising to enhance on‑site experience, improve conversion and maximise e‑commerce performance.
- Work with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock availability, minimising risk while supporting demand and growth targets.
