We’re looking for an ambitious, outcome‑focused Product Manager to help shape the future of our digital health and pharmacy services. You’ll own key areas of the product roadmap, using insight, data and discovery to create meaningful, patient‑centred digital experiences that also deliver strong commercial value.
Working alongside engineering, design, clinical and operational teams, you’ll define problems, validate opportunities, and translate strategy into clear, actionable development work. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping new solutions, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the wider product strategy.
Our tech teams keep us running 24/7 to make sure all our patients get world class service. To support that, this role may include participation in an out‑of‑hours rota as required by the business. We operate fair scheduling process as well as additional compensation for all on call periods.

What you’ll be doing?
- Product Ownership & Roadmap Execution
- Own specific themes or initiatives within the product roadmap, aligned to the wider product strategy.
- Define and monitor success metrics for your areas of ownership, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Identify and articulate patient, clinical and business problems through research and insight.
- Shape backlog priorities in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring work is focused on value.
- Support the Senior Product Manager in developing the broader product strategy and business case work.
- Product Discovery & Definition
- Lead discovery activities within your remit to validate assumptions, define scope and explore new opportunities.
- Conduct desk research, stakeholder interviews, competitive reviews, and other analysis to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with UX and data teams to test hypotheses and improve user journeys.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and experience design recommendations.
- Product Development & IT Collaboration
- Work closely with the IT and Delivery teams to refine and prioritise product backlog items.
- Act in a Product Owner capacity for your product area, where appropriate — including:
- Writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Leading backlog grooming, sprint planning and refinement sessions
- Ensuring that development output aligns to product goals and success metrics
- Partner with QA, engineering, and business analysts to clarify scope, resolve blockers and support releases.
- Respond to change and feedback during delivery, iterating on scope or stories where needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage stakeholders from Clinical, Ops, UX, Data, Compliance, Marketing and Pharmacy Office to gather insight and manage expectations.
- Clearly communicate product decisions, rationale, progress and outcomes to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure that all developments comply with relevant standards, clinical safety and quality, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR).
Who are we looking for?
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, from discovery through to launch and iteration.
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross‑functional agile teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
- Evidence of delivering product changes that have improved outcomes or performance.
- Confident working with stakeholders across business functions to shape requirements and prioritise work.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to balance user, business and technical needs.
- Comfortable using data and insights to make informed product decisions.
- Familiarity with clinical safety processes, medical device regulation or pharmacy‑specific constraints.
- Demonstratable experience in a Product Management in digital products or services; in health tech, med‑tech, online pharmacy, or other regulated healthcare environments.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, GA4, or similar.
