Role: Commercial Finance Manager
Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds LS15 8GB
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + up to a 10% annual discretionary bonus and our extensive benefits

Working hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, we work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Commercial Accountants, ensuring all areas of the business, including newly acquired companies, receive high-quality financial insight to drive growth, efficiency and profitability. You will play a key role in supporting the Finance Director and CFO as the business continues to scale rapidly, operating in a fast-paced, ambitious and data-driven environment. You will act as a strategic finance partner to key stakeholders and budget holders across the organisation, providing real-time forecasting, insightful performance commentary and clear recommendations that influence.
