Location
Leeds, LS15 8GB – Hybrid schedule, 2 days in office
Salary
£45,000 – £50,000 per annum, DOE + up to a 10% annual bonus, extensive benefits

Responsibilities
- Develop and own paid social strategies aligned with commercial, brand, and patient/customer objectives
- Build media plans and audience strategies compliant with UK medicines advertising regulations
- Manage budgets while balancing growth objectives with regulatory risk
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and others
- Oversee campaign setup including targeting, bidding, creatives, and testing frameworks
- Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI
- Collaborate with creative, clinical, and compliance teams to develop high‑performing compliant paid social assets
- Brief and guide creative development using platform best practices and performance insights to ensure messaging is accurate, responsible, and compliant
- Test and iterate creative formats, messaging, and calls to action within approved boundaries
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise in real time to improve results
- Analyse data across platforms to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Report on performance against KPIs, providing clear recommendations
- Own paid social reporting, dashboards, and attribution inputs
- Work with analytics and tracking tools to ensure accurate measurement
- Stay up to date with platform changes, policies, and advertising innovations
- Balance performance with brand safety and patient trust
- Work closely with marketing, brand, content, clinical, compliance and analytics teams
- Manage external agencies or partners where applicable
- Communicate performance, learnings, and strategy clearly to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms, ad management tools, and performance measurement frameworks
- Good understanding of advertising compliance and regulatory requirements, ideally within a regulated or healthcare environment
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns at scale, preferably within a regulated environment
- Experience managing budgets and delivering against performance targets
- Strong knowledge of major paid social platforms and ad managers
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimisation
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills

- Must prove right to live in the UK
- Must undergo a DBS check
