Pharmacy2U is seeking a Senior People & Talent Partner for M&A and Reward to lead all people activity from due diligence to integration.

You will steer reward, compensation, and ER across the Pharmacy2U Group, shaping a scalable total reward strategy and partnering with senior leaders to drive engagement and change.

You will operate with high autonomy, collaborating with the Head of People and other leaders, and may support capability development and recruitment across the business.
