What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives, including partnership onboarding and operational change
- Coordinating cross‑functional workstreams to ensure readiness for implementation
- Maintaining delivery plans, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards
- Supporting due diligence activities by gathering data, documenting findings, and identifying operational impacts
- Assisting with the development of communication and change management plans
- Tracking progress against milestones and escalating risks or issues as needed
- Facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Preparing clear reports and updates for senior stakeholders
Who are we looking for:
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Clear communicator, able to summarise complex information effectively
- Experience supporting strategic programmes, partnerships, or operational change
- Experience producing RAID logs, dashboards, and reports
- Familiarity with OKRs, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and benefits tracking
