Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2‑3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives, including partnership onboarding and operational change
  • Coordinating cross‑functional workstreams to ensure readiness for implementation
  • Maintaining delivery plans, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards
  • Supporting due diligence activities by gathering data, documenting findings, and identifying operational impacts
  • Assisting with the development of communication and change management plans
  • Tracking progress against milestones and escalating risks or issues as needed
  • Facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
  • Preparing clear reports and updates for senior stakeholders

Who are we looking for:

  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Clear communicator, able to summarise complex information effectively
  • Experience supporting strategic programmes, partnerships, or operational change
  • Experience producing RAID logs, dashboards, and reports
  • Familiarity with OKRs, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and benefits tracking
