Role: Commercial Finance Manager Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds LS15 8GB Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + up to a 10% annual discretionary bonus and our extensive benefits Contract type: Permanent Full time Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week, we work on a core hours principle. As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Commercial Accountants, ensuring all areas of the business, including newly acquired companies, receive high‑quality financial insight to drive growth, efficiency and profitability. You will play a key role in supporting the Finance Director and CFO as the business continues to scale rapidly, operating in a fast‑paced, ambitious and data‑driven environment. You will act as a strategic finance partner to key stakeholders and budget holders across the organisation, providing real‑time forecasting, insightful performance commentary and clear recommendations that influence decision‑making. You will also support the scoping and financial modelling of new projects and initiatives, ensuring proposals are robust, commercially sound and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a similar commercial finance leadership role, with the strategic mindset and analytical capability to deliver insights that shape the company’s financial performance and future growth.
