Role: Apprentice Business Administrator

Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB (Hybrid working, after completion of training and when competent)

£9.10 per hour, plus extensive benefits

18-month Apprenticeship

Full time Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

    What you’ll be doing?

    • Generate accurate and timely reports within the Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Carry out general LMS administration, including updating learning records and supporting users with queries
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders
    • Support the delivery of Incentive initiatives across the business
    • Assist in coordinating and promoting Wellbeing initiatives

    Who are we looking for?

    • IT literate and quick to learn new systems, with confidence using technology in day‑to‑day tasks
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and visitors
    • Demonstrates initiative, drive and a proactive approach to work
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
    • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage workload in a busy environment
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
    • Willingness to undertake and actively participate in the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
    • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) – Desirable not essential
    • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
