Care Quality Pharmacy, part of Pharmacy2U, is a fast-growing, nationally operating care home pharmacy provider, supporting care homes with safe, reliable and technology-enabled prescription services. As part of our next phase of growth, we are expanding our regional commercial team to strengthen our local presence, grow our care home partnerships, and support the continued success of our existing client base.

We’re looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to grow CQP’s footprint across an assigned territory. This field-based role is all about building strong, face-to-face relationships with care home operators, managers and regional directors. You’ll drive new business while:

  • Building strong relationships with care homeowners, regional directors and managers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial meeting through to contract signature and onboarding
  • Acting as the primary commercial contact for existing CQP client homes in the region
  • Supporting retention by proactively addressing issues, risks or concerns in collaboration with operations and pharmacy teams
  • Representing CQP professionally at meetings, regional forums, events and care sector networking opportunities
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast
  • Tracking opportunities, meetings and conversions in the CRM system
  • Providing regular updates on performance, pipeline and regional market activity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B business development within care homes, healthcare, social care or related sectors
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven role
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally

All successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check.
