Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB – Hybrid schedule, 1–2 days in office per week

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus up to 10% discretionary bonus and benefits

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (core 09:30–16:00)

The Strategic Bid Manager will drive Pharmacy2U’s growth by managing bids and tenders across NHS, private and digital health markets. Responsible for identifying opportunities and delivering high‑quality, compliant proposals, the role supports the full bid lifecycle from qualification through to submission and onboarding. Working closely with Partnerships and cross‑functional teams, the postholder will develop clear, compelling responses aligned to strategic objectives. This is a collaborative role requiring strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
