Working hours: 42 hours per week, Monday – Friday 14.00-23.00+ (1 Sunday every 6 weeks)

    Role Responsibilities

    • Leading the day‑to‑day workflow of the Dispensing team to ensure safe, accurate and efficient operations.
    • Using data, collaboration and visual management techniques to deliver strong shift performance.
    • Supporting colleagues through regular feedback, coaching and training to maintain high dispensing standards.
    • Working closely with Buying, Clinical, H&S and Shift Management teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
    • Monitoring stock levels, equipment and consumables to ensure the team has what they need to work effectively.
    • Managing team communication through daily briefings and consistent updates across the shift.
    • Ensuring compliance with company processes, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Contributing to a positive, organised and safe working environment through “clean as you go” practices and proactive issue escalation.

    • Someone who holds an NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (essential for this role).
    • An individual who can stay organised, prioritise effectively and maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.

    • A team member who is proactive, solution‑focused and comfortable taking initiative to improve processes.
